I agree its difficult to control flooding and stuff but isnt it better that your department notify people about this in advance . So , atleast ppl will have less trouble . We can save so much loss from this.
I live in USA and Meteorological Department in USA keep ppl well inform about hurricane, heavy rains, heavy snow . Why our Indian Meteorological Department cant do it . Its shame if government is not doing to get the advance technolgy egquipment .
Spending billions of dollar for wargoods that doesnt happen every year but things that happen every year , nothing has been to resolve that .
