Heavy rains paralyse Mumbai

It is said that History repeats itself.
Only- in Mumbai it repeats itself annualy during the monsoons. Maybe someone should try and collate reports from the past 10 years of the annual monsoon in Mumbai, and one will find that the same areas, get flooded, without fail!
