The author rightly describes Mr Singh as a person who has dedicated an important and larger proportion of his life for that strata of society who remains neglected and is the most untouched portion of today's INDIA SHINING GLORY. Thank god- such a person do exists in India's political spectrum and has helped reach these downtrodden voices to realms of powerful political spectrum .Had it not been done ,India might have emboldened itself into social imbroglio of political and social anarchy.
