Distortion of History
by J.N.Mahanty on Jan 30, 2006 07:50 PM

The writer shd have given some concrete examples of Distortions, being made in the History.
In India also the pseudo-secularists are changing the Indian History to suit their Agenda. Some people are not even prepared to acknowledge that Aurangzeb was a Tyrant, although he was instrumental in imposing extra Taxes on non-muslims, forcible conversion to Islam with the power of sword ( GTB), destruction of Hindu Temples, etc. and was responsible for the downfall of the Mughal Dynasty.
At the end one must accept the Facts about the History, howsoever, unpalable it may be.History must not be distorted to appease a section of the people keeping an eye on Vote Bank.
