The extent of terror is seen to be enlarging.Even ordinary citizens of India are becoming terrorists. The fact that one of them has received training in Pakistan recently gives the lie to the Pakistani claim of not encouraging terrorism from its soil.India should withdraw from the peace talks until we are stisfied that the instiutions of terror are dismantled in that country. The fact that ISI,the arm of the govt itself is involved makes a ockery of the claim of Pakistan about fighgting terrorism
