HYDERABAD: AICC delegates from Rae Bareli and Amethi have every reason to go back as the happiest lot. After all, they got a royal treatment from the hosts. The Sonia and Rahul Gandhi factors had much to do with the utmost care taken in extending hospitality to them. The mother and son represent the Rae Bareli and Amethi constituencies respectively in Parliament. About 250 delegates from the two constituencies were allotted over 50 air-conditioned and 40 non- A/C rooms in two posh hotels at Lakdikapul. In fact, one of the hotels with 26 A/C rooms was totally booked for them. The management of the other hotel had to requisition an additional 20 cots as they refused to sleep on the floor.
