very well said nirmalaji,The opposition party seems to take advantage of these tragic incidents.The policies should be made such to take care of thier rehabilitation and livelihood.Legally the govenment need not give the money to the tribes , but keeping in mind the welfare and prosperity of the tribes,they should be paid atleast some share of the money ,as they are getting a 10fold profit from tata's.
