However, as a social critic of south Asia ,I feel it must be our attempt to rescue our simple people either in our north-east, Srilankan Tamils or the children of Marris, Bugtis, Kalati feudals and sectarian chowdhuries to accept the compulsions of global civilizational challenges and reconstruction of their lives in the 3rd Millennium instead of trurculently indulge in time-worn parochialisms.Of course Human -Rights must be assured,separatism should not be encouraged for any political mileage,by any body.D.
