religion

Every religion has the right to decide about policies regarding places of worship.Hinduism,a very tolerant religion is no exception.I don't see why the rights of the religion is being questioned. In the article,it seemed as though Iype takes offence at the fact that christians are not allowed in the temple precincts unlike budhists and jains(all the qouted characters are christians).Budhism and jainism have sprouted from hinduism unlike other religions.I don't understand why the followers of other religion need to go to hindu temples at all.
As far as Yesudas goes he sings songs for his benefit not for the Hindus or Krishna. That doesn't make him any less of a Christian either.Articles should be written to make sense not just to kick up the religious frenzy that is prominent in the field now.Rediff I think doesn't need that kind of popularity.
