Being a christian, I've entered this temple a no. of times. I attended my friend's marriage at Guruvayur & went to the sanctum sanctorum of the temple before I left the place. Also there are a lot of non hindus who enter this temple everyday. If cleansing is to be done, the temple will have to remain closed for ever. This is absurd that celebrities who follow a different religious path will always be tracked & lot of hue & cry is made over the issue. God who created all men & women as equals will not be happy with such a unthinkable tradition followed at this temple.
