The key to manage stress effectively is in ourself only. We should be simple,original and comfortable with our thoughts and feelings. Sharing our feelings are the best way to understand ourself. While listening to others, never judge the other person to be an effective listener. Being ourself is important than imitating any other personality to reduce stress. We all have to learn to smile from heart.
