justice is premised on proportionality.If JMM members could be let off both by the courts and Parliament for a monumental abuse of position ,the punishment of small guys looks odd.Who has not heard of subletting of houses misuse of passes ,hospitality,using govt funds for travelling for private purposesincluding Tirupathi or Rameswaram. A thorough public probe into the lives of the netas and not a hurried dip in the Ganges is necessary to wash our sins. If one is a professional like lawyer can take brief while sitting in Parltament there is no harm.....fear of contempt stops further elaboration of the FRINGE BENEFITS system.Satyameva Jayate
