Of Course, Mr. Subramanyam, India does have a world view. Its another matter that it is a blinkered one! We dont seem to have any priorities. When the need of the hour was to concentrate on national issues, Nehru hankered after " a presence in the world" & now......????We dont have strategic view on any matter and are embroiled in the politicians survival from one election to the next. The absence of strategic thinking not only in the political arena but also within the defence services is quite appalling.
