by cedric fernandes on Jan 08, 2006 06:15 PM

i would like the aviation minister to take action against the discremation that takes place when we take a flight we booked tickets from mumbai through the net we paid indian rupees 56000 approx but when we came to the airport we discovered that we had to pay excess baggage though we had only 31kg weight in the bag when we confronted the staff he told us that if u buy a ticket in uk in pounds u r titiled to a weight of 32 kg and if u pay in rupees and book ticket in india u get a weight of 20 kg which is discrimation cause first of all we paid the same fare and why should we as indian who travel by our national airlines have such a disadvantage wereas when we travelled by emirates they gives 32 kg both was no matter who u r kindly look into this matter
thanking u
