Actually to my knowledge all religion perons should be allowed to enter in temple.there should be no caste discrimination.One more thing i would like to bring to notice that budhism is not a part of hinduism as said by temple administrator K Anil Kumar .Buddism has it's own principles & teachings of Buddha.In Buddhism treats every person as individual and not caste based,unlike hindu.If god has created every person according to hindu then all persons should be allowed to visit the temple
