They flourish in certain fields due to intelligentia drawn from other parts of the world! For instance, late Dr. Einstein was a German Jew who was brought to U.S, subsequently to change his citizenship for scientific needs! Dr. Von Braun, again a German, was the project director for launching various space rockets like Vanguard and Jupiter C etc., Indians, especially in south, which is full of scientific luminaries with installations and institutions are comparatively better placed in intellect that is recognized by U.S., too though not openly. In fact, the Hindu-Muslim relationship is comparatively cordial in south. Under these accounts, terrorists have no justification to attack south, unless some other unknown specific purpose existed! As is suspected, the attacks may be just to create a panic, as south is comparatively peaceful!
