Nuclear Seperation Plan
by Satish Gogisetty on Feb 23, 2006 08:41 PM

Hello MS.Sheela Bhatt,

The Fast Breeder Reactors, Future Advance Heavy Water Reactor's (AWHR), Naval Reactor's (Advanced Technology Reactor Programme), the gas centrifuge plant at the Rare Materials Plant (RMP), Uranium Laser Enrichment Facility, All Indeginious Research Facilities, Indeginious Reactors for feeding Fast Breeders and support organizations must be out of safe guards PERIOD.

Also we must take care that private industries that support our nuclear industry (civil and military) must be safeguarded or else the US will go after them later and place sanctions effecting the development of our independent nuclear program.

Only Reactors, Technologies[equipment]/knowledge, Fuel and fissile material produced from imported fuel should be subject to safeguards.

If any indeginious Heavy Water Reactor's (HWR) is placed under safe guards then it MUST NOT BE in 'perpetuity'.

Any thing that comprimises the above is not in our interest and we must withdraw. This will effect in short run at the max. 5 - 10 years but, in medium and long run we will be good.

Already our HWR's are among the best in performance and they give valuable by products like no other...
