Why not to give up chicken
by Subhro Gupta on Feb 24, 2006 10:22 AM

The message posted by you is 100% supportive from my side. In India normally any dishes are overcooked and mainly marinated in spices which does have a very rich herbal power. The 'spices' masala does have the effect of healing any sort of diseases. Take for example the 'Turmeric'. Its used in all dishes starting from Mughlai to any Indian dishes. We have noticed that this Bird flu issue are in countries where the cooking is mainly half cooked or cooked without spices.
So hats off to that people with so much understanding as a reason for which they have left eating chicken. Thanks to all of you. Your abstinence has kept the prices low and we are all enjoying very much by eating the Chicken.

Carry on.
