corruption in indian courts
by wildduck on Feb 23, 2006 05:05 PM

I am a complainant in a criminal case concerning major offences calling for 10 years imprisonment. the case has dragged for 10 years (accused are billionaires ) i have had to bribe EVERYBODY except a lady prosecutor, just to keep the hearings on. Each and every police officer involved in investigation took maximum bribe possible (from both sides )Accused removed orignal land files from office of sub registrar delhi with total immunity. Coming to patiala courts is like a picnic for accused. Nothing strange if murderers get acquitted. A formal price list for acquittals should be officially pasted outsid each police station so accused can commit crimes they can pay for !
