Real Culprits
by SAS on Feb 24, 2006 09:49 AM

The real culprit is the time taken by the courts. How can a witness keep going to court so many times and for so many days?
During the first 30 days, they would be true. And settlement without any permission to appeal should happen during this period. Any case that takes more than 30 days is only a coverup.
