The rich friends of the "accused" do have the money but what they lack is conscience. They do not possess the courage too. Witnesses turning hostile? Have we not heard this bullshit time and again in many cases including the one of Salman Khan. As Indira Jaising pointed out, even law abiding people will definitely look to more meaningful and in their opinion "just" methods to settle scores. Our judicial system needs a thorough overhaul! Which part of government system doesn't?!
