Even if the court is unable to prove the guilt for all the reasons known (and unknown), the fact can not be brushed aside that the murder did take place, in front of people. I hope the judiciary does not keep quite and pull up the investigating agencies for not being able to do thir job properly. How can a broad daylight murder be brushed under the carpet like this? People will otherwise loose whatever little faith they had in the system. The whole episode has been heartbreaking.
