There is a slight diff between war on terror in india& world wide. India is fighting terrorism in east with ulfa in west from kashmiri Lt terrorists and in north with maoists from Nepal and all over india with jihadis and naxalites some imp steps shd be taken 1 We shd reintroduce a law more stringent than pota we shd learn from british 2 a better foreign policy shd be adopted with Nepal we shd not confused with democracy and other principles we shd tackle maoism with Nepal with strong measures and help Nepal with troops etc other wise it will fall into the trap of china this basic fact we shd know and remember lesson from tibet 3 political influences on police cbi and armed forces shd be reduced to minm andfull freedom shd be given to these agencies 4Notainted ministers shd be appointed in state and centre 5An ombudsman shd be formed to include all state and central miniters including PMandCMS these measures will go along way to do away with terrorisms Local and international
