Shri Bhaskar has not listed any benifit/loss statement.As per clauses of the agreement,India loses most and gains nothing.Indian defence capability will be crippled giving big advantage in military terms to hostle neighbours who are all the time preparing to undo India.
Shri Bhaskar being in Govt. service has to tow the line for his own safety.Hence,it is an article to defend a wrong being done by the PM to India's long term interests.
