When India proved as a nuclear power and seek foreign expertise to assist Electrical Energy needs for development, one has to make lot of compromise on himself and to convince the other side of the world. This convincing path is difficult as any amount of doubt will delay the path of devekopment. Nobody seems to interested in investment in Electrical power as return is economically difficult. On the otherhand we see buildings in USA & Canada are illuminated in the night time as they are power surplus. How it can happen-it is due to low cost of power generation through nuclear route. Technology is available with the western country and we will take a long time to develop independently. So, if India is aligned with USA and can get this nuclear deal and for that purpose if they have to vote against Iran, it is most welcome. Please remember India can benefit more by acquiring nuclear power technology vis-a-vis gas supply from Iran.
