I have always Ms.Indira Jaisingh for her upright stand against any injustice and here again I find atleast one lady lawyer coming up and stating her views in the most elegant yet string words. I completely agree with the fact that lady lawyers are most defenitely not taken seriously as if being a lawyer is the birth right of the Male species.
It is a crime to be a women, a bigger crime to be a lady lawyer and the biggest to be a lady lawyer in criminal side. It is presumed that you are incompetent so far as your knowledge and interpretation of law is concerned. Not that every one in our profession thinks so but yes most of them do.This wont last for long.
