Referring to your answer in the interview about your concerns for India & young Indians working in call centres in India,have the following questions for you to answer...
1)What is your definition of meaningful work that the youth need to do?
2)Considering the fact that most of these jobs were being previously done by Americans/Europeans does that mean that the past generation of these nations were upto no meaningful work ??
3)Your dream for India is very honourable.....& you would like all Indians to work towards that end,How about including yourself in that list??
4)You hold a public platform Mr.Bhagat so your critisism is taken seriously.Can you afford to just point out the lacunas without providing for solutions?
5)What do the remaining youth of the nation do who are not destined for IITs/IIMs/Other professional courses?
6)Is it also a solution if the IITians/IIMians go abroad to work in multinationals ??
I am sure Mr. Bhagat if you can provide us with answers to these ,I shall quit this job at the call centre, & am sure will be able to influence many more.
