Boss its your problem you coundt make it big in that center, i started my career at a call center and strugged to make away out for me in an MNC as AVP and i never cursed that call center, why should i cause they gave me a break and money for survical when i needed it most..
My qualification is also not that huge, lator on I strated accumulatinng more degrees and even could complete MBA (DAY time) becuase of this job..
But i must say ur book was good,. u shd think of making a good career in writing ... improve your english a bit i mean to say fine tune it for becomeing a better writer ...:)
