Secularism
by NC on Feb 07, 2006 02:31 PM

Its high time to change the meaning of secularism. A suitable meaning may be "A RELIGION THAT IS SUPPOSEDLY BEING FOLLOWED IN INDIA". Rajeev, i sincerely thank you for your wonderful articles. Its a pity that, despite reading these articles all our INDIAN secularists( so called) can think only about criticising your articles, and suggesting that our country can develop if we stop thinking abt religions. This idea will be of use only if everyone thinks alike, again a step from hindus alone portrays them as goats in slaughter houses.
How long are we going to keep quiet. If shiv sena speaks something abt religion, it becomes anti secular, but if some other religious parties even take processions, distribute pamphlets against other religions, it becomes a fight for minoriy rights. First we should ask our fellow citizens to grow up and then expect the WEST to respect us
