who's victory US or Irquis?

Dear reader

Saddam was hanged for the killing of Kurdus. But how far Bush and his companians justified in occupying the Iraqui soil on the plea of chemical weapons? Does the same yardstick apply for invading a country on flimsy ground? Is it justice?
