Why blame rediff? It is democracy & every body / organisation is having right to express their opinion. I think it is engraved in your mind that whatever Govt. authority or for that matter Tata speaks are right and any thing in a different tunes are wrong so, not to publish. This is a sign of nothing but, mental bankrupty. You may think Tatas are messiah to you. But the people, who are affected, specially who were whacked from their own land - feel just the opposite say, Monster. I am not a Trinamul supporter. I also believe Industrialisation is necessary. Since primarily Indian people depends on agriculture so, Industrialisation effort & encouragement from govt. should be in this sector. Secondarily, fertile lands are to be spared. There are hector & hector of barren lands are lying all over the country and in west bengal, districts like purulia & bankura. If in the process of Industrialisation, these barren lands get exhausted- then we may think of fertile lands. I support this movement in these broader spctrum. Singur has become a symbol of the country as a movement against mindless Industrialisation policy which may lead us in future to gross dependency in importing foods
