First Dalit Chief Justice

It was a pleasure that india had a Dalit president before. It adds more to hear the news of appintment or Mr.Balakrishnan J as the new CJI.
It would add more and more if India, as Mr.Tiwari wrote, acknowledge the capacity and capability of a person rather than caste or creed.
