the only wrong i see is that the frenchman got the visa (that too is subject to verification maybe he was merely transiting through)

how can one forget a visa.. it simply boggles a mind, i guess they were thinking chalta hai attitude in India will see them through or possible bribery would do the trick

i do feel bad for your kids but please dont expect immigration to feel sorry for the mistake you as a parent have made maybe next time you should first pack ur passport and visa
