I agree with with Mr.Domnic. The parent's should have taken proper care with the travell documents for their kids. Why didn't they forgot their own green cards, bcoz they know that they wont be allowed to re-enter US on their return.
Officials could have understood if it was a case of the documents been lost on the way, but then you have all the documents and forgot to carry doesnt justify. Such casual approach on the parents side left the kids to see such a day.
