I think officers did their job. Just put this same situation if you are traveling to some other nation. They act exactly the same way, as I know of people having such experiences. It's no point blaming to immigration officers if the couple did not had visa they are at fault and officers followed the rules, it's simple.I always seen people blaming India or Indian people for the mistakes committed by them, which is not good.
