It is shocking to know that such an inhumane treatment is given by our own fellow indians.
Strict action should be taken against such officials who are biased (racial).
These type of issues make people loose faith in indian administration and tend them not to return back to home country, leaving India starved of their skills and knowledge developed abroad.
Many people have had a very bad experience with Mumbai immigration. Why is this Mumbai immigration department sooooo worst. Can't some action be taken to review their image for betterment of all travellers.
These officials should visit other countries and see how badly we are treated just because we are indians/asians and on the otherside how much care they take to facilitate their own citizens.
