Visa denial
by Raj on Dec 20, 2006 10:46 PM

TO all who are making a hue and cry over the fact that the indian

immigartion office granted a transit visa to the french national but

refused it for children of indian parents who are nonetheless america

citizens

The french govt allows a transit visa on arrival for indian nationals

when passing thru france and this is reciprocated by the indian

govt.remember visa on arrival of any kind is a reciprocal arrangement

between two countries.

The usa does not grant visa on arrival even if it is just a transit visa to

indians and so the indian govt does not do the same.Remember

Vijays kids are america nationals no matter what is the nationality of

their parents and the rules that apply to americans shall apply to

them.

all the clowns who are blaming indian officials and shouting racism

and asking that the officers be suspended first need to understand

rules govering visas before making a hue and cry.

Also we only have vijays version regarding the behaviour of

officials.remember a coin always has two sides and we are hearing

only one side of the story.do not judge india , indians and indian

officers in particular merely on this fact.
