This is one of the most emotional and tragic stories. How can some one not give an hour or two for gettting the documents. Indian immigration has become so corrupted and unimaginably out of the hands that only a ture leader can save it now. If this is the treatment we receive from our own motherland then who to blame if we NRIs refuse to help, if asked for our country. Things do go wront..things happen..after all its life. But if there is away to correct it then the opportunity must be given to do so. I sincerely hope that immigration officer is brought to justice and suspended. Moreover the senior officials must be questioned for allowing this to happen.
As the days pass and such new incidents happen i care less and less for my own country. Dont get me wrong, i love my motherland..its the ppl i hate, who are making everybodys vacations a nightmare.
