it is not only the immigration, but almost every other government department in delhi n india are callous about their responsibility and services they are suppose to provide. All they learn in their entire career in govt. services is few protocols and standard procedures, which they go on repeating without caring about being flexible to help out others in desperation. I hope all these old folks with attitude will be replaced with a more humble disciplined younger workers sometime in the near future or atleast in the next decade.
