I really appreciate the honesty of Mumbai officials. The parents showed energy to publish this story in newspaper but they forgot to carry Indian visa. Will they travel to India or France without visa? India will change when each of her citizen changes the attitude. Accept your mistakes. Go back, bring your kids' visa and enter lawfully. It has nothing to do with French guy.
