It is difficult to analyse the whole situation without listening to the Immigration authorities version. But why a person without a valid visa should be allowed to enter India? The way Mr Prabhu has made racial comments and accused of total callousness of immigration authorities, i am not convinced. yes, reasonable judgement is required, but we indians typically applaud the right things when western people do it,but the same thing is done by Indians in india, we interpret it with our own convenience.
