welcome to India...lol .. anyway its not mumbai airport..delhi airport is the same...i faced problems at both airport during my last 2 visits to India . Both the time I had valid documents and those immigration officials were behaving nasty with me and gave me such a hard time getting out of airport after I landed. Fortunately I have spent my entire life in India , so I knew how to tackle them..be nice , be polite and blah blah...But I think immigration point should be clean and with full of curteous people willing to help you out , but I believe its just another government department where no one cares of responsibilities they hold ... poor immigrants ...if they didnt have families in india , probably they would never even come back to India...never... I love India to death..this doesnt change anything..i love people there...I hate goverment and politicians there who are making our country a garbage ...
