Hey Dominic, I wish the same experience to you and then you will understand the agony and pain and helplessness people feel in such situations. I have gone through a similar experience (not as bad) with the IT officers. But, believe me, these officials are not completely sold out. I was lucky that my Dad had contacts with people who could wrestle the IT officer to grant me a clearance certificate. With 2 kids and almost 24 hours of travel, you should not be a big mouth trying to side with the officers on the Airport. They should have given them a fair chance and knowing the family, they have been travelling to India quite often. Dominic, Wish you a similar experience in the near future...
