I strongly disagee with the person who disagrees. It is clearly the parents irresponsibility. The indian government does not have to give them temporary visa. If he has forgotten visa for one kid then you can understand. If both the kids dont have it - and if I were an immigration officer I would not have done a bit differently. I dont know which country takes a photocopy or fax of a visa document - Give me a break man!!!
