Wait a minute.. why the assumption that Vijay and his wife were rough on Officers, even if they did - given a long ride and small kids etc. - I don't think we should attach it to Green Card. Actually - they were going back to their home... the fact they came with their kids - we as India should have worked to provide a pleasent experience for India's grand kids..
As far as discrimation is concerned, India has 50 times more than here. I have seen how blue collar workers are treated in India. Even executives are highly discriminatory. Our sheer caste system say a lot about it.. In this case, our Indian officers had a chance to show them their mother country will welcome them - especailly the second generation Indian kids born in US...
