Hi -- Sorry for the experience. Though you have admitted the mistake you have done... Its a blunder. Then if FAXing was a allowable option -- then officers have done mistake not giving you more than 45 mins. Things take time and they should have given you decent time. Agony, Pain and torture .... when mistake is done by all -- who is to blame. Sometimes such things happen .... Rather than going with a killing attitude ... I would recommend immigration authorities to have a reasonable policy to handle such rare scenarios. If they do have and you had every chance of allowing to obtain transit visa or allowing into India based on the FAXed documents . Start a legal battle and we shall support you.
