It is the parents who are to be blamed. If the reporter commits such a big error in his IT projects, he will be fired. No doubt! Why should India show leniency for people who enter without a legal visa?
What annoys me is that the immigration authorities gave transit visa to a foreighner and not to the children who accompanied the parents. Have ONE RULE for all, please! Don't mislead us, NRIS. Slavish mentality of the Indian authorities is something that no true Indian can digest.
