It is imperative to undertake international travel with valid documents on hand. Permitting entry of children without visa becomes an illegal act on the part of immigration authorities and humanitarianism can not stand to protect immigration officials concerned in absence of discretion to deal with such cases. In this specific case, the children should have been sent to detention cell instead of deporting them and released them after the valid documents are received and verified for their validity.
