Its really same story with all Indians or NRI's everyone has experienced cruel and non-humanity behavior of all state and government official in India and abroad. In my experience I called Indian embassy in canada just to ask on clarification about my son's passport renewal fees the resopnse given by an official was such a rude I coud't continue talking with him.
