Hi

Well, there was a way out for this family to come out of their problem, had they cajoled Air France staff to seek information which country the family could land where they are given visa on arrival, Khatmandu, Nepal being the best bet and seek Air France help to get tickets booked in the first place. With onward tickets in hand they could have approached the immigration again to grant them a transit visa for 24 hours which will facilitate them to travel from international airport to domestic airport within India, the purpose is to catch the flight to Khatmandu. Once in Khatmandu, they could have approached the Indian High Commission for visitor visa for the children. Considering their plight, the Indian High Commission would have obliged. One of the parents could have taken the children to Khatmandu.

When in trouble, my fellow country men dont loose your cool. Talk nice to people and get your work done, rather than pointing fingers and trading accusations.
